Matt Mulanax (BS/MS/PHD)
Dr. Mullanax is
a pioneer in the evolving field of cultivar and growing region selection
to meet processing and market demands. Additionally, he has over two decades
of experience developing and implementing food safety initiatives such
as field HACCP and integrated pest management (IPM). He also has extensive
experience in implementing sound environmental programs for worker safety
and plant disease management. Through these efforts and on-site audits,
he has assisted both domestic and international growers and processors
to assure a ready, predictable supply of safe and wholesome products.
