Carolyn Coughlin (BS)

Carolyn Coughlin, of Culinary Creations by Carolyn, is a food consultant specializing in product development and consumer recipe development.  She works mostly in the natural and specialty foods industries.  Prior to starting her own consulting company four years ago, she worked for Muir Glen Organic Tomato Products, the nation’s leading producer of organic tomato products, for six years, where she developed all of the company’s organic tomato products, developed consumer recipes and managed all marketing communications.
